宗肇飙,男,1995年2月生,山东省滕州市人,心理学博士。 

一、主要教育和工作背景

2013.9-2017.6 就读于枣庄学院心理学专业,获教育学学士学位

2017.9-2019.6 就读于山东师范大学应用心理专业,获得应用心理硕士学位

2021.9-2025.6 就读于华东师范大学应用心理学专业,获得教育学博士学位

2025.6-至今 淮北师范大学 讲师

二、主要研究方向:

管理心理学、组织行为与人力资源开发

1.领导方式和行为,主要为辱虐管理(abusive supervision)、真实型领导(authentic leadership)、家庭支持型主管行为(family‐supportive supervisor behavior)等

2.员工行为,主要为安全行为(safety behavior)、建言(voice)、绿色行为(green behavior)等。

3.工作与家庭问题,主要为工作家庭平衡(work-family balance)、工作家庭冲突(work-family conflict)、家庭绩效(family performance)等。

4.特殊工作群体和特殊工作模式,主要为零工工作者(gig worker)、女性职工(female worker)、远程工作者(remote workers)等。
